1. Controller and Scope
Payflux Technologies, Inc., a Wyoming C-Corporation ("Payflux," "we," "us," or "our"), controls limited administrative data. For end-user data, we act as processor under your instructions per our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
This Policy covers data processed via the Service. It complies with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.
2. Data We Collect and Process
As controller, we process:
- • Business contact info (e.g., company name, admin emails)
- • Usage logs and billing metadata
- • Public blockchain hashes for audits
As processor, we handle only data you provide (e.g., transaction metadata). We do not collect end-user personal data, payment details, or private keys.
3. How We Use Data
Controller data: To provide the Service, send communications, bill, and improve features (with anonymization). Lawful bases: Contract performance, legitimate interests, or consent where required.
Processor data: Strictly per your instructions in the MSA/DPA. No use for our purposes.
4. Data Sharing and Transfers
We share with subprocessors under DPAs (e.g., cloud hosts). Transfers outside your jurisdiction use Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions. No sales or sharing for targeted advertising. Disclosures only for legal obligations or service provision.
5. Data Retention and Security
Retained for contract term + 7 years (tax/audit needs), or as required by law. Deletion upon request where possible.
Security: Encryption (TLS/AES-256), access controls, regular audits, and SOC 2 Type II. We notify of breaches per law.
6. Your Rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability: Submit to dpo@payflux.io. Response within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA). No discrimination for exercising rights.
For processor data, rights exercised via you as controller.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect such data.
